SPAX adds a structural engineer





BRYAN, Ohio – Altenloh, Brinck & Co. US, Inc. (ABC US), makers of SPAX-designed fasteners, announced that Loren Ross has been hired as a structural engineer for Wood Frame Constructions.

“We are thrilled to welcome Loren to our team,” said Jason Wigboldy, Director of Product Development. “His skills as a structural engineer combined with his experience in the lumber and building materials industry will make Loren a fantastic addition to our growing organization.”

Ross received his BS in Civil Engineering from Brigham Young University and his Masters in Civil Engineering from Washington State University. Prior to joining ABC, Loren was the Engineering Research Manager for the American Wood Council. Ross is looking forward to helping the SPAX team with their expanding product line for decking solutions.

Altenloh, Brinck & Co. manufactures and distributes technical fasteners under the SPAX brand for the construction market, the TRUFAST brand for the commercial roofing industry and the TRUFAST WALLS brand for exterior building envelopes and facades.

ABC is based in Bryan, Ohio and is part of the Altenloh, Brinck & Co. group headquartered in Ennepetal, Germany.
