Sioux City Council Approves Resolution Adopting Plans for the Proposed Construction of the Siouxland Exhibition Center Parking Lot Expansion Project
SIOUX CITY (KTIV) – Sioux City City Council on Monday evening approved the resolution adopting plans for the proposed construction of the Siouxland Exhibition Center parking lot expansion project.
The project includes construction to expand the parking lot on the south side of the exhibition center building, up to 234 additional parking spaces.
The specifications, the form of the contract and the estimated cost of the project were also approved.
Offers for the project will be received at the end of July.
